Year End Blessing and Memorial Dharma Service Registration Form

As the end of the year approaching, a Year End Blessing and Memorial Dharma Service

will be conducted on Sunday, December 3rd, from 10:00am to 4:30pm, performing the Diamond

Repentance. Everyone is welcome to join this service. We will dedicate the blessings and merits

of the service to you and your family members. May all be blessed with good health, joy,

wisdom, and peace!
